Report an Infringement:

Email our Legal/Grievance Officer with your contact details, proof of ownership, affected URL(s), description of the issue and a good-faith declaration.

Complaint Review:

Valid complaints are reviewed promptly and listings may be removed or disabled while investigated.

Counter Notice:

If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, you may submit supporting evidence for reconsideration.

Authenticity:

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

False Complaints:

Knowingly false complaints may result in rejection and action as permitted by law.
