Our Commitment

At USAIndiaCart.com, we are committed to providing authentic products sourced from the USA. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution in accordance with this policy.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with tags, seals and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened cosmetics, skincare, supplements, food items, personal hygiene products, customized items, clearance items and gift cards cannot be returned unless received damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged / Wrong Products

Report damaged, defective or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders already dispatched or under customs processing cannot usually be cancelled.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Return Shipping

If the error is ours, we bear the return shipping cost. For customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges may apply where returns are accepted.

Cross-Border Orders

As products are imported from the USA, customs processing may affect replacement timelines. Government duties already paid may not always be refundable where permitted by law.

Customer Responsibilities

Please inspect your package upon delivery and retain original packaging until the return request is completed.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian laws.
